![]() Once the import is complete, users can remove the existing IMAP accounts on their iOS devices and set up new 365 ones to get access to their mail. If the old IMAP mailbox is still accessible in Outlook/Apple Mail (it should be, but backups taken just in case) drag and drop folders/messages into the new 365 mailbox to import the messages, retaining folder structure. Test the new 365 mailbox with send/receive On the Monday when they come to the office, get them to create a new account in Outlook/Apple Mail to connect to their new 365 mailbox.
